EXCHANGE RULES
Need an exchange for a new size? Coup d’ Etat provides five-star quality service, we allow you to exchange product that have been purchased. We know that not every shoe fits in your usual size. So all you need to know and to do are these steps. But remember, exchange product is allowed as long as it is still in good form and has never been used before.

  1. The maximum period of time to make this exchange is 1 month since the order date, you are free to exchange anytime within that time period as long as the product that delivered to you is still as good as new.
  2. You just need to contact our customer service email to wilstreak@yahoo.co.id or send a message to 087853330475. As easy as confirm your order details (such as your ID and product name) then we will help you through the process.
  3. After that, this exchange will be processed when we have received your product.
  4. No need to worry. It’s an easy service.
  5. Coup d’ Etat will process your request by 7 working days.
  6. Final step, we will send your exchange request back!

REFUND / EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS OR WRONG SIZE
Oh crap! If you feel that you are not lucky enough, then no need to worry! If you received your order in bad condition/defective product/wrong size, we will help you to solve this. Just follow these free & easy way!

SHIPPING ERRORS
If there’s any failure in the shipping, the first step you need to do is contact us, immediately. Easily inform your ID, the product that you’ve received, and also product that you should be received. We will solve this problem immediately.

KEEP IN MIND
This return policy will be applied if the product that you want to return is still in good condition (never been used, dirty, folded leather, etc.) If we find this on this returned product, we will not process your request.
